Support to our customers, prospects and partners
We have reduced our package costs to support small businesses through this difficult situation, we’ve reduced the first-year cost of our basic packages. We have decided that offer will be available for purchase through July 31, 2020. We have started offering 4 installment payment structure to our existing clients for the month of March and April.
We have offered few free services also depending upon the availed services valid till June 30, 2020
Support to our employees and candidates
Completely Remote Workforce
All ViaPocket employees worldwide are now required to work from home and we are using our internal communications tools for the same. Majority of our consumer communications already occurs virtually so, that is helping us respond rapidly to the outbreak impacts. Hence this has allowed us to provide our services undisrupted and 24×7 support to our customers.
Suspended employee travel
We have suspended all company-related travel as of now. Our employees with pre-planned business trips/visits have received or are receiving our assistance to cancel their travel. Employees who travel by flights are also asking all to self-quarantine for 14 days upon their return.
